Solid Rock Storage received Malvern Daily Record’s Reader’s Choice Award 2021 as the #1 Storage Facility in Hot Spring County.

The owners are Jim and Kim Gustafson who live in Hot Springs. 

1. If you were set up for autopay through Diamondhead Storage, you will need to provide us your information again so we can set you up on our system. Please call or text us your information: (e.g.: Credit card number, expiration date, zip code, and security code OR bank routing number and account number).
    
2. We offer 3 ways to pay:

• Online payment at www.solidrockstoragedh.com You will find your first time Login Instructions under the "MORE" link, or go direct to https://www.solidrockstoragedh.com/pages/login-help.
• Call: 501-760-0630 and we can process your payment over the phone.
• Mail your payment to: PO BOX 1117, Malvern AR 72104
  
  
3. Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 6th. If rent is not current by 11:59PM on the 5th of each month, a $10 late fee will be assessed and the unit will be locked out until the balance is zero.
   
   
4. As a current tenant, the terms of the Solid Rock Lease will supersede your Diamondhead lease. You may find a copy of the new lease on our website, under the “MORE” link or call and we will mail one to you.
   
   
5. You MUST sign the new lease and update the tenant data, otherwise the new lease will automatically supersede your existing lease effective 11/24/22.

Solid Rock storage is a member of the Arkansas Self Storage Association. As such, their lawyers are requiring us to collect tenant data. This data is in your user account and MUST be filled out no later than 11/24/22 otherwise you are in violation of the lease. To sign your lease (and complete registration) online:

1. Login to www.solidrockstoragedh.com  -- Your username and password are your first and last name, all upper case and no space. (e.g.: JOHNSMITH).
   
   
2. BEFORE signing the lease, click on the “Edit Profile” link and verify/enter your information – to include:
   
• Driver’s License number and upload picture.
• Enter "Yes" or "No" for the fields: active military, any items under lien, no hazardous material stored in unit, etc.
• NOTE: For those storing a motorized vehicle, you MUST have your vehicle, insurance information documented, and the vehicle must comply with the rules spelled out in the lease otherwise the vehicle may be towed at the tenant’s expense. To register your vehicle:
• Scroll down and enter the information for vehicle, plate number, vin, insurance carrier, insurance carrier phone number, policy number.
• If you are going to be parking a 2nd vehicle, please enter that information under the “Alternate” vehicle fields.
• Scroll to the bottom and click the “Save” button.
  
  
3. Click on the blue button that says “Sign Unit Agreement”.
   
   
4. Thoroughly read through the agreement and check the “I have read and agreed to the above agreement(s)”.
   
   
5. Sign and click the “Sign Storage Agreement button.
